Renewed Beginnings Domestic Violence Support Group

Renewed Beginnings is an 8-10 week closed support and educational group for Anoka County, MN, residents who have experienced domestic abuse and are seeking a safe, inclusive space to heal and find hope. The group is open to individuals aged 18 and above of any gender.
Preregistration is required for all groups. If you are interested in participating, please complete the Support Group Interest Form. A staff member from Alexandra House will contact you by phone within three business days to explain groups in more detail and register you formally. All of our services are safe, confidential, and free. Groups are accessible on a computer, tablet, or mobile phone.
Virtual support groups will be an opportunity to connect and share personal experiences and feelings, discuss coping strategies, and find comfort and support from others. Support groups will be available via secure Zoom video calls and will be led by trained support group facilitators.
