On Our Way – for women 50+

“On Our Way” is a support and education group for women 50 and over. Participants will reflect on the experiences that make them who they are, draw strength from their past and create their paths to a peaceful future. This group is exclusively available to residents of Anoka County, MN.
Preregistration is required for all groups; call Support Group Services at 763-780-2330. Free childcare may be available with a call-ahead notification. All services are free and confidential!
Virtual support groups will be an opportunity to connect and share personal experiences and feelings, discuss coping strategies, and find comfort and support from others. Support groups will be available via secure Zoom video calls and will be led by trained support group facilitators.
