Deleting Email History
Go to your 'Sent Items' or 'Inbox' folders and find the email you would like to remove. Right click the email and choose 'Delete.'
Deleted emails will usually go to a 'Deleted Items' or 'Trash' folder. Find this folder and delete the emails permanently as before.
