This is a virtual support/educational group for adult women who have survived domestic abuse and are ready to explore their personal healing process and find hope.

Preregistration is required for all groups. If you are interested in participating, please complete the Support Group Interest Form. A staff member from Alexandra House will be reaching out to you by phone within 3 business days to explain groups in more detail and to formally register you. All of our services are safe, confidential, and free. Groups are accessible on a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. All services are free and confidential!

Virtual support groups will be an opportunity to connect and share personal experiences and feelings, discuss coping strategies, and find comfort and support from others. Support groups will be available via secure Zoom video calls and will be led by trained support group facilitators.
