Family Law Clinics
The Family Law Clinic is held the third Tuesday of every month from 5:45 – 9:00 p.m.
During the first part of the clinic, a family law attorney presents general information regarding family law matters to all attendees in a group setting.
During the second part of the clinic, clients have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with the family law attorney to discuss their specific legal issues/questions.
The Family Law Clinic is an incredible opportunity for victims of domestic violence to obtain crucial information regarding family law matters and free legal advice.

To register, call: 763-576-9999 during regular business hours. Free childcare is available on a first come, first serve basis. Please indicate the number of children and their ages when registering.
Part 1: Family Law Information Session During the first portion of the evening, an attorney will present general information on family law matters to women who have experienced domestic abuse.
Topics covered may include: • Divorce • Paternity • Spousal Maintenance • Custody • Marital Property/Debts •Parenting Time • Protective Orders • Child Support
Part 2: Legal Clinic Following the Family Law Information Session, attendees will have an opportunity to meet privately with a volunteer attorney for approximately 20 minutes to discuss their specific family law questions.
